We've got another exciting contest and this one is just for our DH Supporters! We're giving away 3 copies of Daddyhunt member, Freeman Hall's new book, Stuff That Makes My Gay Heart Weep. If you're not familiar with his blog, it's an irreverent look at all the hilariously heartbreaking things in this world that just shouldn't be.

For this week's contest, we want to know what makes your gay heart weep about the holiday season. For instance, my gay heart weeps for fruitcake. I mean, does anyone actually like it? It's the butt of every joke about xmas, so why do people still give it as gifts? I just don't get it.

Post your weepies below and we'll select 3 winners on Monday and they'll be notified via their inbox.

I hate to go all Sex and the City on you, but remember that episode where Carrie and Co. talk about their super secret single behavior? You know, the stuff you do in the privacy of your own home when no one else is around. I guess it's one of the luxuries of being single, that you don't have to answer to anyone and can indulge in all kinds of wacky behavior, sans judgment.

As for my SSSB, I love to throw on my tiger snuggie and watch terrible romantic comedies that I wouldn't pay to see in theaters, while eating a burrito. Usually I'm hungover when I do this, so my emotions tend to get the best of me and I may or may not tear up a bit on the couch. I fear that once I'm in a relationship I may not be afforded this self-dubbed luxury, unless of course, I find a man who's down with Tuggie* Time.

Okay, so now that I've shown you mine, it's time for you to show me yours. What super secret single behavior do you guys like to partake in? We won't judge.

*tiger + snuggie = tuggie...not the other kind of tuggie time, which, now that I think about it, would also be welcome.

Daddyhunt Meetup

Hey Mr., lookin' for a good time? Of course you are! Join us next Wednesday as the entire Daddyhunt team (Carl, Danny, Cinnamon, and myself) will hold our first annual Daddyhunt Meetup at The Will Clark Show featuring Porno Bingo. If you've ever been to one of Will Clark's events, you know that it's a super sexy way to raise money for various LGBT non-profits across the country. With incredible guest stars from the porn and nightlife world, his bingo games make screaming out "O 69" seem tame.

As always, Will will host next week's event, which benefits the Queens Pride House, an LGBT community center that offers tons of services including health referrals, hotlines, and resources within the borough. The show will also feature Jonathan Griffith & JC Alvarez, co-hosts for the internet talk show Talking About, as well as singer Todd Alsup, who's songs have been features on MTV's The Real World. The night wouldn't be complete without some skin, so they've brought in Go-Go Boy Sean to shake it like a polaroid picture.

It really is a great time and there's lots of fun porn and prizes to win and we'll have lots to give away. It's an easy, no-pressure way to meet other members and take your conversations offline. We're hoping that all of our members in the NYC area will come out and play with us. If all goes well we hope to have more meetups like this across the country - so holler in the...

We're spreading the holiday happies for the second day in a row and posting this new Chanukah jam by the Maccabeats, Yeshiva University's a cappella group, which has been making the viral video rounds this week. Is there anything more heart melty than cute boys who can sing? Whether they're gay Jews or not (thin line), they've performed quite the Chanukah miracle by adding another holiday song to our repertoire, bringing the grand total of Chanukah songs to...4.

If Chanukah Harry could grant you eight nights of anything, what would it be? And be creative, daddy sex eight days in a row is totally achievable, no miracle necessary.

Welcome to part two of Daddyhunt’s Giving/Getting Holiday Gift Guide. Here’s where we get to indulge and spoil ourselves and the ones we love.
Remember the days when there were 3 gay movies in existence? Be honest, how many times did you watch Trick? Well now there’s like a bajillion out there, and at the gay owned and operated they’re all organized in one place for your perusal. They’ve got everything from classics like Beautiful Thing to Oscar bait like Brokeback Mountain (2 Disc Collector's Edition) and The Kids Are All Right. Don't forget The Butch Factor and BearCity. The possibilities to build the DVD collection are endless!

Can’t find a warm hol…er…body during those cold winter nights? Why not order a Fleshjack to warm the cockles of your cock all year long. These handy and handless fuck tubes create a masturbatory experience unlike any other. And you know what they say, once you go jack, you never go...

Tis the season to Buy! Buy! Buy! Or so the media would like us to believe. But here at Daddyhunt, we believe in giving as much as we do receiving. This year we’ve divided our Holiday Gift Guide into two parts: one for the giving and one for the getting. So without further ado, here's the where, how, and who to give this holiday season:

Gay & Lesbian Leadership Institute
If we want change, we need to make it ourselves. Which is why it's so important to get our people into elected positions so that they can grease the necessary wheels as we work towards equality. The Gay & Lesbian Leadership Institute is a great organization that helps get LGBT candidates elected into public leader positions and through them our voices can be heard.

The Ali Forney Center
According to a new report by the Center for American Progress (CAP) at least 20% or much as 40% of homeless youth are lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. And if that wasn't reason enough to donate to the Ali Forney Center, who provide housing for LGBT youth, Bea Arthur left $300,000 in her will to them, so if our very own Golden Girl can donate from beyond the grave, you know it's got to be a worthy cause.

The Trevor Project
With all the press gay teen suicides have gotten lately, people are finally taking notice of just how hard it is to grow up gay. Even with all the progress we've...

Vintage Daddies

This weekend, I was reminded of one of my great loves while visiting the house I grew up in. You see, I had to go through all my old things due a leak in our roof and moved all of my stuff out. And of course I came across some of my old, ahem, material I had hidden away. One of the things was a book about lacrosse and how to play, but the book was from the 70s and had incredibly hot men in tight white shorts and high socks bending over with jock straps showing through. How on earth was I suppose to learn how to play lacrosse when my teaching manual kept me cradling the wrong stick? It was this book that got me fixated on "vintage" daddies and it's stayed with me ever since.

There's something about that time period that drives me a bit crazy in the pants. Maybe it's the unabashed gruffness or the embracing of all things manly, but when I'm looking for, ahem, movies these days often times I look for vintage or vintage influenced materials.

Is there anything from your teenage years that gets your motor running? Specifically, something that's not suppose to be overtly sexual?

World AIDS Day

It's a day of remembrance.
We remember those that have passed away.

A day for reflection.
To look at ourselves, our behavior, and the example we set for others.

A day to give thanks.
Thanks to all those tirelessly working to find a cure while simultaneously making the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS just that, livable.

A day to get angry:
Angry that we face another December without a cure. Another winter without a vaccine. And another year where millions of people lack access to life-saving drugs.

At, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for people living with HIV. We encourage our members to share how often they get tested for STDs and we provide space for members to openly share their HIV status and their own sexual health strategies. We believe that it is up to us to educate each other. The Internet has made it easier than ever for people to connect online, but many people throughout the world are still unaware of the risks or engage in risky behavior.

When members join Daddyhunt, we ask them to consider signing the Daddyhunt Code. #4 and #5 of the Daddyhunt code relate to sexual health and the shared responsibility we all have to treat people living with HIV with respect and to insure that we do everything we can to prevent the spread of the epidemic within our community.

So on this day, we'd like to ask all Daddyhunt members to re-read the Daddyhunt code and remember all the members of our own community and worldwide who are living with HIV and all...
